I’m local to Oklahoma, born and raised, went to UCO (B.F.A & M.Ed), and spent my life always making careful decisions. Life is a beautiful struggle, and it took some difficult years + a global pandemic to come to a life-changing decision for me—start forging my own path and get that yoga certification! I have anxiety, depression, struggle with mental health, and I wish to support others going through rough moments.
I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years. Deepening my practice, learning more about myself, and finding ways to offer self-service to others resonated as the next steps on my journey.

My mission statement is to hold space for others and offer compassionate, inclusive, and creative classes that connect us to our body, mind, self, and community. I will guide students through practice encouraging self-acceptance and agency over their body, offering accessible options, and presenting thoughtful challenges on how we continue to practice on and off the mat together to create a kinder, safer world for all humans and animals.
